COACH transportation : $50 (plus $3 processing fee) paid at time of registration on-line.

Lift tickets need purchased prior to trip. Proof of purchased lift ticket is needed to board bus.

Proof of own Equipment is required to board the bus. There will be no purchasing of rentals at Hidden Valley.

Take your time registering, especially if you are doing more than one trip. Allow a few minutes.

Three chaperones are required for each trip. Skiing is not necessary. If we don't get three the trip doesn't run. Free for chaperones.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: Please do not request players to be placed together on teams. Our program does not work in that manner. 

SNOW DAY POLICY: If the PR School District is closed due to snow or inclement weather, all scheduled evening activities are cancelled. When schools are operating under a one or two-hour delay, evening activities are on as scheduled. If school is closed on Friday, all Saturday’s activities are as scheduled unless otherwise noted.

COACHES AND ASSISTANTS NEEDED: Please indicate this on the registration form. 

​REFUNDS: Players who are trying out for the school team will be refunded the registration money if they make the team! Simply email Blair Gantz at [email protected] for a refund request. 

SITE MONITORS: During game play, parents will be placed on a rotating schedule of monitoring the door and hallways leading up to the gym space.

CLOSED PRACTICES: All practices are closed. This means that parents will drop off and pick up only. No spectators. No exceptions.

Monday nights are YOUR night to dance. Dancing is good for the heart and soul; it's the cardio workout that doesn't even feel like work! Join Zumba instructor, Shelby Camptella, as she leads you through heart-pumping and motivating music that will alternate between fast and slow rhythms. New to Zumba? Don't worry, Shelby will guide you through class with her energy and reassuring smile; follow her cues and modifications. Her students will tell you that this class is a dance party and you will leave wearing a smile.

The fall 2025 season will run from September 8th- November 1st.

Games will be played on Saturdays between the hours of 9-2PM with the specific schedules TBD. 

 

Practice will occur during the week Tues-Thurs with the tentative age level schedule as follows: Please note these practice day/times are subject to change if necessary. 

Tuesday ages 4-6 from 6-7PM  

Wednesday ages 7-9 from 6-7PM  

Thursday ages 10-12 from 6-7PM       

Ages 13-15 Saturday Games Only TBD

 

We are a community league and as such we limit contact and encourage sportsmanship. We do utilize a scoreboard and honor wins and losses in all age groups!        

Referees are provided for the older age groups (Coach ref 4-6)

 

League Fee: $89.00 

Jersey Fee: $10 t-shirts sold and picked up at PRYC. If you already have a reversible jersey and it fits, no need to purchase a new tshirt.
